Adding a local Printer


1. Click on Start --> Settings --> Printers

2. Double click on Add Printer

3. When Welcome to the Add Printer Wizard window opens up press Next to proceed
to next window.

4. In following window select A network printer, or printer attached to another computer option.

5. If you know the name of the printer type it in the Name field provided in the following format \\cassprint\printer_name

If not simply, select browse for a printer, select this option and click next and select find now.

6. You will now see a list of available printers, select the printer you wish to connect to then press ok.

If you are unsure which printer to connect to, please contact your local Admin area or the helpdesk for assistance.
