Other information; It would appear that three couples with men named John TRIMBY had children by different wives in succession. Wife Martha in Stourton, wife Mary in Stourton and Kilmington, then wife Jane in Stourton. The Poor Law Records in 1822 seem to show one wife (Mary) and ten children. Martha EDWARDS had an illegitimate child at the same time as John TRIMBY had a legitimate one, so Martha EDWARDS cannot be the same as Mary, the wife of John TRIMBY. There seem to be insufficent baptisms, marriages and burials for all the John TRIMBYs.
