The husband of Graceis the only William Pitman in the 1841 census of remotely the right age. There is no marriaeg record for a William & Mary, than I can locate. It cannot be a case of one man marrying twice, since there are baptism records after this one, with Grace listed as the mother. Nevertheless, it is possible that this was a different couple. Burials records may help.
