The Maiden Bradley candidate is allocated elsewhere on the basis of children's names. Not strong evidence, but enough for attribution at this stage. The same woman is allocated as the mother of two illegitimate sons, one born in Stourton and one in Kilmington. Again, there is flimsy evidence. She had two boys then presumably married their father. There is illegitimacy in the family. It's all a bit speculative. |
